It’s simple to order from Flamingo SL online! When viewing an item, simply choose your size and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can access your Cart at any time by clicking the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. After reviewing the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or checkout and place your order.

Simply click the ‘Checkout’ button once you have your chosen items in your Cart. You will then be asked to sign in to your account, use Payhere, or create an account. Following that, select your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you wish to use. Finally, you will be directed to the payment page. A confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to arrive in the inbox of your registered email address. We also recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder. If you have not received your confirmation email within this time period, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected].

If an error message appears repeatedly during the checkout process, it is most likely due to a credit card issue or an error with the billing or shipping address you are attempting to use. Try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information to resolve this issue. If the error message persists, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with a screenshot of the error as well as information about your browser, phone, or computer so that our tech team can assist you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. You may contact us via email at [email protected] within an hour to hold the order if it has not already been dispatched and opt for store credit or change your order. Please keep in mind that because we process orders very quickly, changes and cancellations cannot always be accommodated.

You can change your billing address by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab in the top right corner. Proceed to the ‘Details’ tab to manually update your billing address as needed. Please keep in mind that changing your billing address does not automatically update your shipping address. All changes to shipping addresses must be made within 1 hour of placing an order by emailing our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Shipping address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folders. Please keep in mind that tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of orders being shipped out. Please allow one to two business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive for domestic orders.
