Delivery Policy

All orders placed outside of the Colombo (1-15) area will be delivered between 3 and 7 working days from the date of order placement.

Order deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be delivered the following business day.

If you pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform you of the delivery time.

Delivery Status

Every day, we do our best to deliver your packages on time! That means that any orders placed before 12pm (India Standard Time, GMT +5:30) on a business day will be shipped the same day! Otherwise, your order will be processed the following business day. Please keep in mind that there may be some delays in shipping your order during high-volume or sale periods.

Delivery Time

We have very little control over a package once it has left our warehouse. Please keep in mind that the delivery times listed above are only estimates. Flamingo SL is not responsible for any carrier delays, especially during peak periods. A delivery date can never be guaranteed by Flamingo SL.

Before making the delivery, the carrier will contact you.

If you haven’t received your package within 7 business days of placing your order, please send an email to [email protected] with your Full Name and Order Number, and we’ll look into it right away!

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight and size, as well as its location.

Processing Times

Monday through Friday, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. On the day that orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email.

**Please keep in mind that the shipping times are only estimates and do not account for customs processing delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Please keep in mind that weekends and national public holidays are not considered business days.

International Taxes and Customs Charges

International customers may be charged sales tax, duty, and/or Customs fees. All taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs fees vary depending on the shipping address’s country and state. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that apply to you, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Flamingo SL is not liable for any additional taxes or customs fees imposed during the shipment of your order.

Additional Information

If you have any problems entering your shipping address during checkout or creating an account, please email [email protected] before placing your order with your full shipping address and contact phone number so that an account can be set up for you.

Flamingo SL will not be held liable for any lost or mis-delivered parcels if a change of address is made directly with your local post office or the relevant courier company. Requests for address changes must be made directly with Flamingo SL via our Customer Care contact service prior to the shipment of your order.

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during the checkout process, Flamingo SL reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee for international orders (standard international shipping).

Flamingo SL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Order shipping costs are non-refundable.
